Privacy Policy

Effective: August 27, 2026 · Tokhore Executive / Tusbih Trading Corporation

Information we collect

We may collect contact details, company and billing information, reservation and passenger details, pickup and destination information, flight information, communications, payment-related references, payment-verification submissions, account activity, and technical information generated when the website or portals are used. For partner and driver operations, we may also collect job-source screenshots or documents, driver application information, vehicle and license information, compliance records, trip-status information, location data where enabled for active service, and private driver readiness evidence such as a current operational selfie and readiness attestation.

How we use information

We use information to review corporate, partner, and driver applications, respond to inquiries, arrange and manage transportation, coordinate partner and driver assignments, communicate trip updates, administer accounts and billing, verify externally submitted payments, verify driver and vehicle eligibility, monitor operational readiness and service quality, prevent misuse, maintain records, improve service, and meet legal or regulatory obligations.

Transportation partners and service providers

Information may be shared when reasonably necessary with assigned chauffeurs, approved affiliate transportation providers, payment or banking service providers, hosting and communications providers, professional advisers, or authorities where required by law. Passenger contact information and private operational records should be limited to people who reasonably need them for the assignment or administration of the service. We do not authorize service providers to use customer information for unrelated purposes.

Payment information and proof uploads

Payment processing may be handled by third-party payment providers or approved external payment methods. Tokhore Executive may retain transaction references, payment status, billing records, verification decisions, and payment-proof images or documents submitted for review. Payment proofs are stored privately and are not intended for public display. Customers should not upload full card numbers, online-banking passwords, PINs, authentication codes, or other secret credentials. A payment proof or reference does not itself establish that funds were received; authorized staff may verify the transaction before marking it paid.

Partner job source materials

Transportation partners may upload or paste booking confirmations, screenshots, emails, text, or other source material to create and verify a job draft. These materials may contain passenger or operational information and are stored or processed for dispatch, audit, billing, and service coordination. Partners should provide only information reasonably needed for the transportation assignment.

Driver applications and eligibility

Prospective drivers may submit contact, vehicle, license, service-area, availability, and related application information. If an application originates from a job link, a private job reference may be associated with the application for dispatch follow-up. Submission does not guarantee approval or reserve a job. Approved applicants may be asked for additional driver, vehicle, insurance, licensing, or compliance documentation before they are activated for assignments or payment.

Driver readiness and operational evidence

For certain partner assignments, an assigned driver may be required to submit a current readiness selfie and attest to professional readiness before starting service. This evidence is used for operational quality, assignment release, safety, service review, and dispute or compliance records. Readiness images are stored privately and are not intended for public marketing or facial-recognition identification.

Corporate accounts

Corporate applicants should provide only business information reasonably necessary for account review and administration. An organization may provide passenger information for authorized travel; the organization is responsible for having appropriate authority to provide that information.

Retention and security

We retain information for as long as reasonably needed for service, account, application review, billing, payment verification, dispatch, dispute, safety, quality, recordkeeping, and legal purposes. Private uploads use access-controlled storage where implemented. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no internet or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

Choices and requests

You may contact us to request correction of inaccurate contact or account information and to ask questions about our privacy practices. Certain reservation, payment, safety, compliance, application, or business records may need to be retained where required or reasonably necessary for legitimate business or legal purposes.

Policy updates

We may update this Privacy Policy as our services, partner workflows, driver workflows, payment methods, or legal obligations change. The effective date shown on this page identifies the current published version.
